we are about 8 days from getting our discharge,we had 2 loans threw a CU one was a van one was a loan they forced us to give the van back wich we did but we keep getting letters from them telling us to pay both loans is that legal?

It is probably legal, but in error. Are you intending to put them in your matrix? Both loans will then be discharged. I wouldn't worry about it. 'Hub
