    Pacer!?

I recieved a letter from the US Bankryptcy Court District of Arizona about Pacer. It had a space to provide your name ,case number, email address, then mail this info back to them . By doing this , it in enables you to recieve email notification whenever a filing is made in your case. Allows you to view the info through a link in the email, once. Any additional views require a pacer account. The letter also had an option to email them instead of mailing your info back. I did this and also went to the Pacer site and registered. The pacer site said they email you an account and password??????? HOW long does it take for them to do this. I have recieved no confirmation of registering, no account no password? Should i try to register again?

It's pretty instant - but to do it electronically you need a credit card (makes no sense, I know - but that's why they have the mail option). I used my check card to register and received it within 2 minutes of requesting it. If you file by mail, they'll mail it back to you.

When I signed up for a pacer account it took just about a week to receive my login and password.
