About to give up. If I just want to say forget it and file ch 7 let my house go and everything else. How does that work do I get a clean slate or do I have to make payments like a ch13. I am upside down about 200 grand on my house and I still have a helo for another 25k got a bunch of credit card that I have consolidated tight now for about 27k and a couple not included that I thought I would keep in case of emergency. Well those are maxed and im behind on those as well. Man how did it come to this.... my wife is about to loss here job so my thinking its best to just start over and try again. I will be intouch with an Atty tues but any advise you could offer would be appreciated. Also I did manage to save some money while I was going through my modification will they take my savings away like they do in a ch 13
