My lawyers trying to tell I can`t convert my 13 to 7, 27 mos. in after paying back 50k all cc debt. Although I am still 25k over median, due to my large decrease in income and my wifes job ending with no unemployment I will not have any disposable to fund the 13. My house,heloc, and auto loan are all outside of the plan. Is she being straight with me? If she`s right, i`ll have to voluntarily dismiss.
