Quick question about 341 and documents!!

My husband and I filed on Sep 23rd and our 341 is on Oct 27th. We received the letter in the mail stating when/where our 341 meeting would be held and it didn't say anything about documents to bring, besides SS card and driver license for both husband and I. We are filing in a county that is not the county that our attorney works in. He has an attorney that will represent us at our 341 meeting. Will I receive a separate letter stating the documents that we need to bring?

    Thanks in advance!!!

The trustee may not want to look at any paperwork for you. If he does, he'll likely send a request to your attorney.

To be on the safe side, though, you can take your last few paystubs, 2-3 bank statements, and the last couple of years of tax returns. If you own your home, he may ask to see your title.

Worst case scenario, if he does want something that you don't have at the 341, he'll give you time to get it back to him.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
