My Papers are in the Mail

I mailed my papers in today. I sent them priority mail. They should be able to make the 10 miles to Boston by Friday.

I ended up using Form7.com after all the recommendations on the site. I hope I got everything right. The hardest part was finding all the creditor addresses. They do not make it easy. There was also a GEMB agency listed, which included no insormation on the original creditor and no address and phone # on the credit report. I think I got everything though.

I was going to try Bridgeport, but after reading up, I used Form 7. It was easy to navigate and update. I think all went well, but I will have to wait until my 341 meeting to find out. Last year I thought about entetering a Debt Consolidation program, but it was just too much. My biggest debt, about 11,000 from Citibank, had doubled with interest from NCO. It made it impossible for me to do that.

I guess the waiting will start today. Wish me luck!!! And thanks for all the help.

You seem to be comfortable in filing yourself, that's good!!
Now if the Trustees need further information he will contact you.
Hopefully everything will be okay.
I would though, call the court that you sent your documents to Friday and see if they received them. If it was only 10 miles down the road, I would have probably took them and filed them myself...
Sometimes "snail mail" can be slow - even priorty mail....
So best check, Friday.

Good luck DaBeaver!! My case was filed today also.

I have a JCPenney store card that shows on my credit report as GEMB.... not in collections or anything, but I think that is just the issuer of that card. I think they issue many store cards - maybe that's something?
