Needing a new furnace for rental property, any suggestions?

I got a place that's about 1000 sqft on a slab.

Any suggestions as to which brand of furnace would be good to put into this home as it'll become a rental.

I may ultimately live in this home myself, but that could be 1-2 years down the road. Alot can happen between now and then.

I believe there is part of the stimulus bill that allows for a 30% tax credit for putting in a high efficiency furnace. You might want to check into it, the difference you would save at tax time might be worth it to put in a HE furnace.

We always had good luck with our Trane systems. Never any issues.
