Back with another medical bill question

Okay, got my last medical issue taken care of, though I had to pull teeth to get them to make arrangements with me.

Now I have another question. There was a bill that I had included in the bankruptcy that the doctors office and my insurance went in rounds about for several months because they were billing incorrectly. It disappeared for a while and I thought it had been discharged. Now it's back again, having finally been billed correctly.

My question is do I let them know that this was a discharged debt, forward the papers showing as such and hope that they don't do anything, or just make payment arrangements?

No way should you pay this.

If it was discharged, they do not have the right to collect.

Send them a copy of your matrix and discharge papers and that should cover it. Also make sure it does not pop up on your credit reports ecept as IIB, or whatever coding they use.
