Virginia Foreclosure What happens to tenant???

I am in a BAD situation! Property is in Virginia. Noteholder on mortgage filed Chapter 13 to STOP auction ONLY to convert it to a Chapter 7!!! I am the owner through by DEED. It was gifted to me 100% two years ago. What are my options as SOLE owner on deed? Thanks in advance. Plus, there is a tenant living there that always pays on time. HELP!
