Medical insurance is listed only on either Schedule I or Schedule J. Not both.

You probably shouldn't list it on Schedule I. The entry for insurance on Schedule I is where the insurance is compulsory and you can't choose to not have it. Generally speaking, all wage earners list their "medical insurance" on Schedule J.
