How many days the trustee have to convert to a 13?

Our 341 was on May 22. We had no problems there but we're still nervous. It seems to good to be true. Our trustee asked to be dismiss b/c we had no assets.

Could the trustee still come back at this point and decide we should be a Ch 13 instead?

Very unlikely.

If he's already asked to be dismissed he's decided your case isn't worth him spending time on ;)

The only thing that could change this is if something new came to light, but so long as you've been fully honest in everything you should be in the clear :).

We were fully honest. We're fully broke and don't own anything free and clear.

We're just afraid to celebrate until we get our discharge notice.

The first time we tried for a 7 the trustee converted it to a 13 instead. He said we made too much money. So we just figured our luck would be about the same this time. I guess not though.
