Filed! Fingers Crossed for the "good" TT

Well, we finally filed after 6 weeks of discussion, prep work, and meetings.

In our district we have 7 TTs, 1 of whom is known to be a complete anal stickler. The rest of which are varying degrees of lazy. Keep your fingers crossed for us that dont hit that 14% chance of getting the tough TT

We are going to be an asset case and some of our creditors are not going to be happy about this. So, i am anticipating a few more headaches to come our way before this is all said and done. But, avoiding that 1 TT will certainly help mitigate those headaches

Okay, I'm crossing my fingers for you!

I've heard our district has one "stickler Trustee" (out of 7), so I hope I don't get his one either....

The trustee my parents orginally ended up with was a lawyer they used recently and didn't like so they asked their current lawyer if they could get a different one and he did.
