    Need some advice/answers

Ok I have a question for the forum. Had the 341 meeting in April and UST declared it a no asset case. Discharge date was to be next week and they have issued a motion to dismiss a case for abuse 6 days before discharge. Is that normal? I thought they usually do this right after the 341...Anyone got thoughts on this??

Not too bad. In some areas that is low. lol

                      Is your income high?

Did you spend lavishly after you filed? I wonder how they would have even found that out. I've never heard of such requests.

That is what I don't understand either. I thought after you file, any and all money you have you can do what you wish. Maybe not I guess??
