My second mportgage is with Citi. I am current but planning on stripping it in a chapter 13 (the 2nd is totally unsecyred). Citi sent me a letter 3 months ago stating my payment would be $400/month for the next 3 months so I can work out a mod with my 1st mortgage. Payment was $650/month. The payment was supposed to readjust to $650 after three months it's still at $400. I have no new paperwork from Citi. Had anyone gotten a loan modification from them without asking?
