I was reviewing a copy of the filing I submitted yesterday and the only glaring mistake I have found so far is that I forgot to put my employer identification number on the voluntary petition. Does anyone know will this cause a problem, or what I should do?

Most filing is done under your SS#, especially personal bankruptcy.
If your SS# is on your petition, your okay. The clerk would have missed it anyways and asked for it when you filed.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
