What to do??

We have our home loan & Home equity with Regions, Current and planning to keep our home, we have our checking account there also...but we have our overdraft protection of $3000. maxed out and plan to add it in the BK. What should we do? Will this effect our home loan with thim? Has anyone delt with them. Or should we try to pay back the Over draft??? Just don't want to give them any excuse to take out home from us. :unsure:

We filed at the end of May with a mortgage, home equity, checking, and overdraft with National City along with a business credit card. We're keeping our home and the OD and business card were included in the bk. They haven't said word one about our mortgages. I think that they can freeze the money in your account, but they can't take your mortgage payment and put it on your overdraft or anything like that.
