My mh was seized by the trustee as an asset, and the bank is getting their land back to put with the mh to sell.
My name is still on the deed to the land.
Question.....
Does the bank have to foreclose on the land issue before they can take it from me and sell it??
Bank has never foreclosed on the land, but the bank gave the land to the trustee to put with the mh to sell together at auction...
No one has relinquised my rights to the land. The deed to the land is still in my name with bank as lien holder.
Does the bank not have to foreclose on the land???
Thanks for all the input...
