I had my creditor's meeting today

Apparently the credit union was supposed to wait until the dischage came through before they did anything with the car that I surrendered

I was asked for the title, and told the trustee that the creditor had it, and she said that they weren't supposed to come take it until the discharge went through.

I now have to get the title back and get a copy for the trustee. When I called the credit union after my meeting today, they said not only do they not have the car anymore, they destroyed the title as well.

Any suggestions on getting a copy of this title? My insurance company perhaps?
