Loan Modification.....

WOW what a joke! I won't even bother getting all worked up by putting the details of my phone convo with the lender today. Basically ended in me telling her about 4 times throughout, look if that's what you're offering then take my house i really don't give a s**t anymore....followed by silence and then her saying something dumb. It's in my best financial interest to be rid of a house that i owe MORE THAN DOUBLE on, than to pinch pennies and eat top ramen just to stay there. Then in 2 years I can hopefully buy a nicer home in a better area for less than i owe now....appearantly she wasn't understanding that, or just simply didn't care. whatever.....i'll come out on top in this situation

Nationpoint (owned by First Franklin). She just started out with the 3 month trial and then skip 2 months pymts and we'll consider it current. I'm like ok and so what's the pymt??? All's she said was well it's pretty much the same. I didn't even get a number from her, and just went on my rant. I really didn't think that they'd do much for us. I asked if she'd included the $1000 daycare I'd added as we'll have a newborn come January (that was on the cover sheet I faxed to them twice). Nope, she never got it. Then she says well if you don't have the expense now, we can't count it...I said hello, January's not that far away and I'm being upfront with you about it. We won't be able to afford this come then. She says, well I suggest you re-apply for the mod once you have that expense. HELLOOOOOOO you'll have already foreclosed on me by then!!! IDIOTS i swear!! Oh well, just yet another house on the block that'll be empty, and one less upside down loan that I'm no longer responsible for! I still think i came out on top
