Hi everyone, I am new here, but have been lurking for a week or so and have learned so much in this short time. I also posted this in the Chapter 7 forum. My husband and I are looking to file Chapter 7 in the near future due to 70k in credit card debt. We are slightly above the median income, but the online means test shows a -800 dmi. We consulted with an attorney her in Vegas yesterday, but she made it seem like we would automatically be converted to a Chapter 13 based on presumption of abuse.

I would like to consult with some more attorneys. Can anyone PM me with the name of a good attorney?
