Recently my husband is filing for Bk for his unemployment situition . It is ongoing. We have no student loan My question is after getting BK in chapter 7 , will I get federal loan for master’s degree ? Can I get any kind of loan for my master’s degree within next 2 years?

Yes, you will be able to get Stafford loans as they are not credit based.
