? About Notices of Due Payment I am still receiving...

The credit union that is in trouble over the car, is STILL sending me notices of due payments. They have recieved at LEAST 5 notices of the bankruptcy that I am aware of, and I sent another off yesterday.

What else can I do? Should I notify the trustee that they are breaking the law (Again!) ?
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

Have you notified the credit unions collection dept by telephone? Did you mail the CU your stamped petition via certified mail? Did you fax a copy of your stamped petition to the CU collection dept? Have you contacted your attorney to have him/her send the CU an easement letter?

    Good Luck!

Sometimes those notices are computer-generated and simply stuffed into envelopes and sent from a different location. I know I still receive 'overdue' notices from my mortgage company even though I gave up my house in a Chapter 7 2-3 months ago. The notices, though, come from their home office thousands of miles away, even though the local branch is well aware of my bankruptcy. If you have notified them 5 times of your BK and the notices still keep coming, chances are that's what is happening and I'd just throw them in the trash.
