To answer Surrender or not [Archive]

If I answer Surrender on my Statement of Intentions for my house will my lender W.F. move quicker to lift the stay to start the foreclosure process or should I answered reaffirm even though I don't plan on reaffirming.We will be giving up the house either way I'm just trying to buy some time to save $s for a rental. I'm in Ga. and I understand the forclosure process goes pretty quick here since it's non-judicial and I know W.F. is getting pretty aggresive.

In GA, your lender can have you foreclosed and out within 45 days. You signed away most all of your rights when you borrowed the money.
