BK petition pacer question

Looking on Pacer I noticed another error. It states our 1st mortgage and 2nd mortgage backwards. In other words, our 1st mortgage is listed as our 2nd and vise versa. We intended to reaffirm our mortgage, we want to keep our home. We will only reaffirm if we are asked too.

Do you think this will be a problem? I don't want to draw an attention to us, so should we just wait and see if it is brought up at our 341?

I saw a lot of "little mistakes" on our petition, I chose not to say anything. If the Trustee was going to bring it up at the 341, then I would point out the errors. I'm glad I didn't say anything, because it wasn't a big deal.

BTW: Our attorney had both car payments wrong, $208 instead of $280, our school loan total was left out (we have 3, petition missing one for $10k) and and my favorite, my attorney did not put down ANY account numbers Nothing, nada, zilch....
Every district/trustee is different...we are on track to be discharged in Aug.

You know I did call the attorney on the first error, amount of people in the household, I was told since we are below the median income we would just let it ride and if the trustee catches the error we will tell them at that time the paralegal made a mistake??!!!, then I find the mortgages are backwards, 1st is listed at 2nd and so on. My feelings are that most like it won't come up as we intend to keep our payments up on both mortgages. So since our 341 is next Monday, we will see what happens then. Basically I told the attorney that I had heard (on here) that there was no sense in drawing attention to our case, she told me, BINGO! LOL This site has helped me so much, there isn't enough thank yous to all the good people on here who have taught me more about BK then I ever thought I'd need to know.
