    Odd Situation (I think)

I have recently filed a Chapter 13 with an Attorney in Alabama, we live in Florida. I spoke to several attorneys and all stated my income was to high to complete a chapter 7. (Our 6 month income is now 80,000) and the state median for our family of 3 is 60,000. I went to visit another attorney in Florida after I realized the payment in the Chapter 13 that I agreed to was going to be very difficult to make (Roughly 1000 per month), and he ran the means test and said I did qualify for a Chapter 7.

When we filed 1 month ago our 6 month monthly income was higher since my wife received her last paycheck in January, it fell to the 80,000 now. We have not gone to the 341 meeting yet (scheduled for August 11th in Dothan, AL) and the first deduction from my paycheck will begin this Friday.

My question is, how difficult will this be to convert to a Chapter 7 in another state (from Alabama to Florida) and will the Trustee object since my previous attorney obviously used different numbers to compute the means test. Thanks for any help, I am very confused. I would really like to qualify for the 7 to get the fresh start.
