    Expenses question(s)

I have a two-part question about my expenses.

    (1) Expenses, including car payments, are about $50/mo less than income. Was is correct to list the car payments (about $800)?

    (2) What if for some reason I am not able to reaffirm; or is that something I need to worry about?

If you're planning to keep the vehicles and you have no more than 1 per driver, you should be fine to claim them. And, since you said 'car payments' I'm assuming the $800 is for 2 vehicles and that isn't unreasonable. (IRS standards are $475 + $338 for the 2nd. Even though these don't apply to the before-OCt. 17th filing, it doesn't hurt to know how you compare. If you had $800 for 1 car payment, the trustee might argue that you don't need suh an expensive car.)

To your other question-if you are able to keep those vehicle payments current, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
