How can I reinstate my dismissed bankrptcy case?

In October of this year, I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy pro se. Then in November, I attended my creditors meeting. When I filed, I set up an installment plan where I would pay $50 by the 22nd for the months of Nov., Dec., and Jan. Here's where the problem starts...

I missed my scheduled $50 payment for the 22nd of Nov. because I did not have the money at the time. Thinking that I could just include that payment with the next payment, I didn't think anything of it. But while I was away at school (in college) I received a notice from the bankruptcy court stating that since I missed my payment, I was to appear in court telling them why I missed it and why I thought I should get a continuance. This letter was issued on the 24th of Nov. Well since I was away at school, I had no idea that I had to appear in court. So when I returned home today, I had a second notice from the bankruptcy court saying that since I failed to pay on time, my case was dismissed.

Now, my question is: How exactly do I get my bankruptcy case reinstated? Is there a form that needs to be filled out and if so, where can I obtain this form? Or should I just refile for Chapter 7?

Any info. on this will be greatfully appreciated. Thank you.

I think you have to re-file all over again now that it's been totally dismissed. But the moderators may know otherwise.
