It is Card Services. They won't give me there name when we ask and only give me a phone number that dose not work. We have told the the case number and given them the attrs name. What else can we do?? These guys are very rude and very unplesent. It takes my lawyer a day or so to get back to me as everything has to be in wrighting. Let them know the trouble you're having. If the CA violates the automatic stay, not only does the CA get in trouble but so does the OC.
