My X wife filed Bankruptcy and I owe her $23k from her half of the house.
But she signed it over to the TT. Can I discharge it in chapter 7 or is it secured?
Were both of you on the deed?
When was your divorce?
When was her filing date?
What does the divorce decree state?
When you say she signed it over to the Trustee, is that her share or the entire?

You need to probably call him and arrange a payment plan.
If you can't arrange a payment plan then most likely you will lose the house. 23k is a significant asset.
Alimony, Child Support and Property Settlement agreements from a Divorce Decree generally survive a bankruptcy, so filing on your own most likely will not fix this. However you could take the divorce decree with you and the letter from the trustee and see a few bk lawyers in your area and see what they say.
