My case was put on hold last week until the 16th. I don't have to return to court, I just had to mail in some more paperwork that the trustee needed.

What will happen next? How soon before my case is discharged? I am sooo tired of worrying about all of this... it's driving me nuts!

What additional info did they ask for? It may just be routine crap that your lawyer forgot to ask you for. My lawyer, despite his impressive resume and years of experience, forgot to tell me that I had to submit a copy of my most recent tax return and pay stubs. Never having done this before, I had no idea it would be needed and had to order a copy of my tax return from the I.R.S. after my creditors' meeting.
