took less than 1 month to receive, once again, full statement copies. I will tell you this does keep me very organized for my BK folder.
The other day I had one even send me the original computer printout with everything that was submitted on the day of applying for a line of credit. It had all kinds of different scoring risk factors and such, probably SOP for issuers.

Hang out and wait to see if they start calling, others that have sent me statement never have, so maybe a combination of DV and CD actually does work, even though others swear it does not.
If they do start calling, I will see how their aggressiveness is and base my decision to send them a CD.
The clock is ticking for me, I will file before the end of the year, and if a lawsuit is filed, I will file immediately.
I have staved off this for quite some time now, makes me wonder how much longer it really can go.

Me too. January filing for me, thats when my income #'s will be lowest. some of mine are just passing 150 days and the phone is practically silent
