Does anybody know how to go above a judge for divorce stuff?

I had a hearing where the judge granted the other side a fee for me to pay. However, when I filed a motion regarding very obvious breaking of similar language, the judge didn't grant me the same latitude.

I don't see how the judge can grant fines to one party one day for a grievance and then not to the opposite party for a similar grievance on another day.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate!
