I filed for Ch7 in 2006 in the Spring and got discharged in the Fall. My question is do old credit lines drop off each year on the date of the discharge or the filing annually until the record becomes clean?
I'm just trying to get a clear understanding because sometimes I did'nt see any old credit line being dropped off a year ago which confused me a bit.
