Our trustee requires that all filers attend a pre 341 orientation at his office the Monday before the 341. I guess they walk you through all the rules and answer any questions you may have. It sounds like a good thing. I was just curious if anyone else has had this, I've not seen any mention of it on the board.

although we did not have an actual orientation like you are attending, our trustee had a pretty nifty printed out handbook. It was full of information of what if's and what was allowed and what wasn't. We were ask at our 341 if we had received this handbook and if we had read it and if we had any additional questions. I think something like this could stop a lot of confusion about a lot of things such as tax returns, missed payments, addresses, phone numbers, and in general how things work.
