We filed in July, our confirmation is set for next week. We have student loans that will "sit" during our 13 but my husband has 3 more semesters to finish his degree. It is about $4K. I had assumed we could put it with our student loans, but I guess not. I'm not sure what to do now. I have sent our attorney an email and hope to hear on Monday but I'm hoping someone on here can help.

Any student and other loans taken out after filing are yours to pay. They don't count in the same bucket as your student loans from before you filed
However, most students do not have to start paying on federal student loans until 6 months after they finish school. Are these private student loans? (Please say no...)I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13

If you need money, I would go to the fiancial aid department and beg for all the help they can give. If you really are short of money, they might be able to help in more ways then you can imagine.Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17
