Ok here we go I filed CK 7 bk Sept 02 2008, We where hit by a Tornado May 10 2008, I had was in the process of buying a truck it was hit in the storm and I had insurance on the truck the check was mad out to me and I paid off the truck with a wire tranfer from my bank. The trustee says that he wants the money back and is going to sue the guy that I sent the money to. I don't think that is right.

What can I do??????

It's no longer your problem. The trustee feels like this was a preference issue and it's up to whomever you paid to refute the decision.

I don't want the guy who sold me the truck to have to pay for it, So what can I do to help??????

Nothing you can do. It's completely out of your hands.
You're not the person being sued. It's up to whomever bought the truck to defend.
