What a freaking relief. The only thing bothering me is I had the power shut off at my house awhile ago and the gas company unhooked the regulator so there is NO HEAT and it's getting cold here. I am afraid the pipes will freeze and burst. Lawyer says don't worry about it as Wells Fargo jerked me around and screwed up 3 offers on the house this summer at WHAT I ACTUALLY OWED them. The buyers all got ticked off and withdrew their offers. She says walk away and don't look back. I just feel bad as the place is empty and in MINT CONDITION. I haven't lived there for a year now.

WF is the worst! They turned down our offers too, well simply lost the paperwork so many times that the buyers simply walked. Even the realtor didn't want to list the darn thing anymore since we could not short sale it. The last offer was for 112,000 down from 145,000... the last appraisal which is only 6 months after losing our last short sale offer is 87,000.000 Do you think they shot themselves in the foot??? Good luck to you! I hope ours goes as smooth.
