Well get this...since my original post..they have called me 2 more times:dry: . Needless to say my lawyers office is pissed they said they will go after them!!!!

We are now waiting to hear back from the dept that handles the creditors who violate the Fair Debt Act and Automatic stays. :)

writing a bad check, even by accident can cause some
problems, (this will never happen again) with permission
from ford, they agreed to take 2 post dated checks and
hold them (yea aright), sure enough, they deposited them
the next day, both of them...bounced, bounced...
even though she paid them back, $500 still remains
on her check file as a bad check writer...and thats not
all, they used the telecheck machine on these checks
until they cleared, running up even more overdraft fees.
this was like 3 years ago, and to this day, I have not
writtena post dated check, or given check info over
to phone...
