    Sneaky Ex's

I am having a really bad day!!! Had an allday meeting ref. work, trying to cut out secondary employment. I don't make a lot, kinda like my job, most of the time, the flexibilty is by far the best part, now they are taking that away. Get home and get a restricted delivery registered letter notice from ex's attorney. They had a son that is now 19, my dumb husband overpaid childsupport for 12 years by $20 a month, I found the error. Then she decided that he needed braces, got dental insurance but had braces put on before the waiting period, she got reimbursed for the maximum and didn't give us our half back. He quit paying child support when son turned 18 (he was still in school though) According to our calculations he had overpaid child support by 12 months, we stopped paying child support 8 months early and gave son some of the money for graduation present (not that we were invited.) Husband out of town, can't sign for the letter and it's Friday, something else to worry over now!!!!!!!
    Can't win for losing.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

THANKS - I was having a one person pity party.
P/O gave me the letter, son wants to change his last name to his grandfathers. We don't make enough money for him and what he expects. Quite a blow to us, I am sure he is mad becuase we won't sign the student loan for he American Motorcycle Institute. If we had that kind of money, we wouldn't have had to fiel, besides the fact that the courts (nor the student loan lender) would have taken to kindly to that, we hadn't even been discharged yet.
