Good for you, BTW, did any of your creditors attend?

No creditors were there. There were a lot of people there also filing and didn't see any creditors for them either cause you pretty much sit in the same room as 6 other people.

I will add one more thing. Heard bad stuff about the trustee I had but I must say he was very polite and professional to everybody he talked to. Thanks all for your help over the past year and helping me get to this point.

First objection.......Apparently he wants to increase my monthly payment by $66. He says since I recieved $4200 back from federal taxes that I should pay more a month. Not a big increase so lets see how my lawyer does.

Yes, please let us know. I got like a $3400 refund last year but it was also my last year to claim my son . At tax time , unknown to me at the time that I would be filing bankruptcy, my tax lady told me to change my deduction to -0- so they would be taking more out so I didnt owe ... So now I dont have any idea what to expect next year...
