I'm trying to find information on filing in Wyoming. I read through this information and most does not make sense.
I would also like to know the best way to find out exactly how much and who I owe.

I have not payed a bill since my divorce over 2 years ago due to me relocating and not having the extra money after paying child support and my auto loan that still has my ex's name on and I can't get it refinanced. The couple people I have talked to said they went to Colorado to file. What's the best way to find info online?
