    Fun and Games time!

OK folks, here's something you often don't see.

I received an email (I know this is a Nigerian Scam, so sending money is not going to happen, and old bank account is negative) and for fun, responded.

The response makes it seem they are planning on sending a $800.000.00 check...

I'm debating getting ahold of the local TV station, telling them everything and letting them also get some exposure.

How would that seem to you? I'm doing it for fun, knowing NOBODY just hauls off and gives away nearly a million bucks without them wanting something in return...

So, think I should escalate this?

Hey all, found this forum which talks about this and other scams and yes, some people DO get scammed and while I probably shouldn't post this (Due to one person) I think we all could benefit from the advice given.

A word of caution to that ONE person. Dare if you will go there and DARE you call them names, you WILL be BANISHED!! PERIOD.

Geneco...I worked for the BBB and we received hundreds of complaints about the Nigerian scam. Sadly some people did fall for it and in fact one guy who posted his story in Reader's Digest, actually went through the motions and flew to Nigeria and was greeted at the airport by several suit trash. They took him to some house and strong armed him into giving them MORE money. He was lucky enough to get out of the house and on the next plane back to the states. He told RD he was blessed he was still alive so these scams can be life threatening too. There are others coming out of Madrid and Canada. NEVER respond to them....

I responded to one knowing it was a scam. The animals actually emailed me back! It was a made up account on Yahoo.

My next and last communication began with "Dear third world trash..." I didn't want to carry it any farther. these are scuzzy subhuman near animals not tech types doing this.
