$100.000 in debt, will my spouse be affected?

I have over $100.000 in debt and I'm considering filing CH7 Bankrupcy.I don;t know if I should file together with my wife or only myself?
We have joined credit cards together but I'm the principal applicant she only has supplementary cards and she didn't really used them.I'm wondering if I would cancel her cards so that they are only on my name, still will she be held liable for the purchases I made, the lenders will "go" after her as well?I would rather file only myself and don;t destroy her credit history as well, please help.

Somewhat of a difficult questions to answer. If you live in a community property state, then yes, if your wife does NOT file with you, any card upon which her name is listed may seek recourse against her if you discharge the debt against you. Even if you don't live in a community property state, if name appears on the card, then the card companies can "likely" come after her if you don't file jointly, especially with that amount of debt.
