    Garnishing wages!

    #2
    Hi,

Not every creditor will attempt to garnish your wages. Creditors use investigators, and other 3rd party resources to identify who your employer is.

    Good Luck!

      Car repo

my wife lost a car to a REPO about 5 years ago, its a threat tatic
that noramlly works if you are scared and you cave in, they just
cant come in and take money, more then likely you would be served
some type of court notice if it went that far, then you could get
an attor to block it... well anyway, my wifes car was repoed about
5 years ago, and I bet we got phone calls everything for the first 3 years,
we are going to do this, we are going to do that, we are going to get your wages, etc.. and we did our best to reduce the loan of $15,000
it was a company out of CA, and they were real loan sharks, I told them we had $7,000, they said they would take $10,000. the next day we got a call again, it was back up to $14,000. this is exactly what i said "you bastards can go to hell, and see you in bankrupcy.." I have not heard from them in the past year. I made them a fair 50% offer to what i could pay, they ended up with $0.00 when they could have had $7,000. and i never did file.

dont be scared of their game. play the game better then them.
because if you file, they get nothing, and they know it.

yes, and all that costs money. child support related is a another
story, they will garnish your check, but credit related stuff
I do not think they will, even if they do, you file BK, and
its over for them to get anything, at least I do not think
they will rush into, like i said before, my wife has a repo
of 5 years, and all they have sent is letters, and heck,
i dont recall getting a letter for quite some time now.
