Being evicted from my home (my husband and I and our 3 small children). I have no money and need help with these papers! When you say evicted, does that mean you were renting (leasing) your home. Or do you mean foreclosed, in that you bought the home (w/ a mortgage), but fell behind on payment and the bank is selling the home.Originally posted by ajjones
If you really have no money (to do a Chapter 13), BK will only delay the inevitable, you will be "evicted" one way or the other...
