Would like to know on how to research properties that may be avilable via the BK process.

I assume you are referring to real property. I suppose it depends on where you are in the country, and honestly, there aren't that many properties that are sold via bankruptcy. Typically what happens is the property is turned over to the note holder (mortgage company etc) and they proceed with foreclosure. So, depending on where you are, you should subcribe to the publication that most companies use to publish thier sale notices. There are also a handful of websites that claim to provide uptodate foreclosure info (for a fee of course).
