Is it possible to make a trip to abroad after 341 meeting before the case is closed? Win (discharged) or lose (dismissal of the case) there is only waiting to do after 341 meeting. So, I guess it is OK to make a trip. You might want to ask where the money to travel is from, but crossing the Canadian border with a friend by his car doesn't cost much.

you can legally go anywhere you want for as long as you want. the only thing you have to do is how up to court if they requrie it for some reason. then you could just come back.
so everyone must show up for the 341. after that most never have to go back so no reason you would have to either. keep up with your attorney and pacer and you will be fine.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
