THe only definition that I know about raises is the only raise this state gives is to taxes, not their employees.
Gas tax went up almost $.03 and the prices of gas has gone up $.20 a gallon since last Sunday, imagine that.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
