I paid an account with Providian Bank 4 months before I decided to file for bk and of course it was never reported as being paid and eventhough I disputed it, the result was that they verified the info and it was correct. Eventhough I did not include them in the bk because I was so dumb and paid them would it benefit me more to say included in bk or submit the documentation showing they were paid in full? Just curious don't want to lie just want to know what will benefit me.

First, dispute by sending a letter to the CRA's to the effect of "I do not owe $X to Providian". Its somewhat vague, but calls on the main issue-balance is incorrect. if you paid it in full then that is what it should say. nothing else. that is the best outcome.
if you paid it in full you do not want to have it say IIB.
call them directly and ask them if they got your payment and what the balance is. and ask why they are reporting it as not paid yet.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

both, get a handle on it. attack it from all sides. before you start mailing people see what they are seeing it as.
