    I Finally Did It....


    Today I finally got the courage to change my life for the better. I went and submitted my chapter 7 application. My meeting is Feb 8th 2006, is this the 341 meeting? Gosh I am so nervous. So let me tell you what happened, one of my creditors from 2000 finally got the nerve to garnish my wages and that was yesterday. Well wish me luck.

        Thank you everybody. Well I couldnt hire an attorney so I had to do it by myself. I did get the certificate. I hope that everything goes smoothly

          I truly wish you the best...You may or may not have problems, but I will pray that the trustee has other things on their minds then greed to line their wallet.
